Want to give my best recommendations regarding the education Self-Managing Leadership led by Ann-Sofie Ellefors. As a senior leader, I received many new and important insights to bring forward in my personal leadership. The training has taught me the importance of being focused in the operational leadership to succeed in the short and long term, and how I, with my personality can meet and implement changes in the business in a sustainable and successful manner. A further dimension was executive coaching. There I was really able to focus and take advantage of the "here and now" to further strengthen my leadership and my personal development.
